Upcycling with a difference! How it works.
1. Choose your design.
2. Select your items and add them to your shopping bag. If you would like to opt out of us using our own fabrics to compliment your garment should there be not enough fabric please be sure to tick the opt out box.
3. To pay for your order simply enter your details on our checkout page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal and Apple Pay.
4. Once completed your order is placed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an attached postage label. Please print the label within 24 hours, thereby ensuring that it doesn’t expire, attach to your packaging and send your Cherished Piece to us.
5. You will receive your transformed garment within 2- 3 weeks. Production time may vary however you will be notified pre-purchase should we anticipate exceeding our maximum aim of 3 weeks.
If you change your mind about any aspect please do not hesitate to contact us at heretohelp@cherishedpieces.co.uk. as soon as possible. Please note that once manufacture begins you will be unable to make any changes.
