Delivery to us (For Cherished Pieces only)

Pre-paid label.

Cherished Pieces will kindly send you a pre-paid postage label for you to send in your Cherished Piece to us. In order to do so it is essential that you include your e-mail address at the point of purchase. Cherished Pieces utilises the services of Royal Mail and the pre- paid label supplied will be for a small parcel so please ensure that you pack your Cherished Piece according to the size and weight specified:

Royal Mail Small Parcel Dimensions:

Max Weight- 2KG,

Max length- 45cm;

Max Width- 35cm;

Max Thickness/ Depth- 16cm

To deliver your Cherished Piece to us please pack your item, attach your pre- paid label (we will email this through to you following your order) and drop off at your local Royal Mail point. Ensure the label is printed and the parcel posted to us within 24 hours of receiving the postage label.

Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Point of Contact when posting your item.

Delivery to you.

Following completion of your Cherished Piece/ Alf-Phi item we will despatch your item using a signed for postal service. All deliveries will require a signature ensuring that your parcel arrives safely to you. Postage Costs will be listed at the point of checkout.

Returns

Bespoke pieces…

Any of our bespoke, hand-made garments are non-refundable or exchangeable. With this in mind please take extra care when consulting our size guide thus ensuring that the selected size will be appropriate. Please consider, regarding size selection, our production time of 2-3 weeks (unless stated otherwise) and therefore choose the correct size for the time of receival and not at order placement.

Alf-Phi Pieces…

Any items purchased from our Alf-Phi Collection are returnable within 14 days upon of receipt or purchase for a full refund, excluding postage. As these garments are unique there is not an option for exchange however you may take a credit note/gift card if preferred.

All returned garments must, upon receipt, have the tags still attached with no signs of wear, washing or laundering. Wherever possible returns are to be sent back in the original packaging to prevent waste, unless the packaging is damaged. If upon inspection garments show signs of wear (etc.) or are missing tags, we may withhold the right to a refund.

Got a faulty garment?

In the unlikely event that one of our garments arrives to you with a fault please get in touch with us immediately via email at heretohelp@cherishedpieces.co.uk to discuss what actions you would like us to take. Please provide photographic evidence and we will get back to you with urgency.

We take considerable care upon making our garments as we understand their value to yourselves. To this end every garment is inspected by quality control prior to packaging and dispatch.
